Meet Paddy Mutshinyali, a seasoned civil and structural engineer with a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years in the field. Paddy's career has seen him navigate both consulting and construction fields, gaining a diverse range of project experience. His expertise extends to the detailed design of civil services, including bulk earthworks, water and sewer reticulation, pavements, stormwater and sub-surface drainage systems.
Paddy has sharpened his skills in the detailed design and maintenance of reinforced concrete, masonry, and structural steel structures in residential, commercial, marine, mining, and metallurgical complexes
development projects.
Paddy has also amassed significant experience in Construction Project Management, Construction Supervision, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Change Management within Engineering Processes.
